In such cases, there will a $100 fine per day by the HOA and guests are responsible for such fines/tickets they may receive. *NO SMOKING at any time INSIDE or OUTSIDE on our balconies. * Minimum Age to Book: 25 Years Young * Dish soap/dish washer pods/hand soaps are provided. But please bring your own personal use shampoo, conditioner and body wash/ bath soap with you. * Long-term lease agreement with host required and there is a one-time fee of $100 that will be paid directly to the HOA by the guest. T&Z's Waterside St Pete is nestled in the well-established, highly sought-after Waterside at Coquina Key South Village, on 88 acres of beautifully landscaped grounds. Waterside South offers a 24-hour gated entrance with on-site security, a clubhouse, resort-style 2 pools and spas, a 24 hour gym, saunas, fishing piers, a private bar, game room with billiards/pool table, library, brand new pickle ball, tennis, basketball, volleyball, shuffleboard courts, kayak launches, a dog park, plenty of parking and a laundry mat located right next to one of the pools.​ Our waterfront condo with a recently installed roof (2023) comes with two waterfront balconies that offer to watch the most amazing sunsets that St Pete has to offer. Our oversized, covered top balcony, overlooking the Little Bayou was updated with vinyl waterproof flooring in the summer of 2022. On this balcony that looks out over the Little Bayou, you will find beautiful outdoor seating, and the corner balcony you will find a swing with removable top, a bar table facing the water and 2 bar stools for you to enjoy the beautiful Waterview, sunsets, and Florida weather. Just a couple of minutes walk away from our condo, the Clubhouse, located right on Tampa Bay, offers a large common area, other amenities listed above, and a private bar.
