See you soon The space During the complete renovation of the house in 2022, we made an effort to maintain the charm of the 1960s. So, in all living rooms there are floors made of real wood and pretty details that are reminiscent of "the 60s" and yet offer all the comfort you could wish for. The house is super insulated, so it stays pleasant even in winter. Solar thermal energy also ensures a high proportion of regenerative energies. The converted attic gives you plenty of space. There is a lounge area with TV corner, a reading chair and, if desired, even another desk if you need two offices. You have Wi-Fi with 500 Mbit, a new, very spacious built-in kitchen with high-quality brand appliances. The kitchen-living room is very spacious and invites you to cook, work and linger. Two floor-to-ceiling windows let plenty of light into the kitchen-living room and bring summer into the apartment. The bathroom has also been completely renovated. There is a walk-in shower with high-quality amenities. We are looking forward to a tenant who is environmentally conscious and appreciates all the loving details :-) If you are a nature lover, like to hike, ride a bike (MTB, gravel or road bike) and like to do your jogging, you have found an ideal starting point for many tours. Just 500 meters away is the access to the well-known Franconian high forest areas, with the Zauberpfad [magic trail] or the whispering waterfall ;-). Lauf is also the gateway to Hersbruck's Switzerland with lots of nature, rivers, lakes and rocks to discover. By bike you are relaxed in 35 minutes in Nuremberg. The bike path is continuous and leads beautifully along the Pegnitz. The town of Lauf an der Pegnitz is known for its picturesque small chivalrous town center, offering cafes, restaurants and also culture. If you like it more urban, then Nuremberg can also be reached quickly. The S-Bahn line 1 takes 23 minutes to the main train station and runs every 20 minutes. Parking is available right outside the door and you can also store your bike in the garage. Guest access You come through the front garden and the house entrance via the staircase into your own apartment on the 2nd floor. In the garage, for example, you can store your bike. Other things to note Please do not bring animals into the house/apartment/garden. Guests are welcome, but please do not organize any celebrations/parties. A separate area for you (wooden veranda) is currently being built in the garden. Unfortunately, it must be mentioned: it is not allowed to view or download prohibited content via Wi-Fi, etc.
