Two King Size Beds (plus more) and Chef’s Kitchen

You will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place — within 3 miles of UF stadium, downtown, shopping, museums, and parks. The Thomas Center Gardens is 5 minutes away. This mid-century modern home was recently restored for its charming features and freshly updated with new furniture and decor. One mile away from downtown restaurants but if cooking up a delicious meal is what you enjoy then stay in and prep meals in the fully stocked and spacious galley kitchen. The space Living room has two futons (73”x44”) and single fold out chair/bed (74”x34”). Please note that these beds are firm. An optional roll-away bed (75”x31”) may be placed in either of the two bedrooms that have the king size beds. This bed has a medium firmness. The home can sleep 10 people but if you need additional space, there is also a teardrop trailer parked in the backyard that can be made available for an additional fee. The trailer has a queen size bed and mini fridge (no toilet or shower facility). Please message for more information. The large backyard has a fire pit with starter wood provided. It’s the perfect place to sit back, relax, and catch up with family and friends. Feel free to use your personal subscription services to access your favorite programming. The two futons, in the living room, fold down into 73”x44” beds. Simply push the backrest forward and then allow the backrest to lay down flat. A roll-away cot is stored in the hallway closet and can be brought out in the evening for sleeping . The 75”x31” cot is very easy to set-up.
