Welcome to the Sinatra House LA, a top 1% Airbnb blending mid-century Hollywood history with modern luxury. Built in 1954 by Oscar-nominated composer George Dunning and restored in 2023, the property offers a private guest house with shared access to a saltwater pool, jacuzzi ($50/day), firepit, and outdoor dining. Just 20 minutes to Hollywood or Downtown LA, 30 minutes to Sofi stadium (World Cup) 45 minutes to the beach. We prefer guests with multiple reviews and a 4.85+ rating. The space Enjoy your own private 500 sq ft guest house. This studio apartment features a full kitchen, washer/dryer, cable, and high-speed internet. Guests also have shared access to our family’s saltwater pool and jacuzzi. Entry is through the side gate, followed by seven steps up to the Sinatra House. We do our best to greet guests on arrival; if we’re unavailable, you’ll receive smooth, detailed self-check-in instructions. For everyone’s comfort, no outside guests, no parties, and no smoking. Thank you and enjoy your stay! Guest access The main home is occupied by a family of five and four super friendly dogs. Mornings are quiet, and the property maintains a serene, elevated atmosphere throughout the day. Guests have shared access to the upper backyard, which includes the saltwater pool, firepit, and beautifully designed outdoor lounging areas. Our family may use these spaces as well, especially in summer, and you’re welcome to join when it feels right. The lower yard is reserved for family use. We offer a warm, welcoming environment while always prioritizing our guests’ privacy, comfort, and tranquility. Please note: the pool is not heated (naturally refreshing from June onward). The jacuzzi can be heated upon request for $50/day. Other things to note We’re a laid-back family, but with three kids we’re also protective of our home. For that reason, no outside guests are permitted at The Sinatra House unless approved in advance by the host family. We host singles or couples only, and cannot accommodate children due to the pool. Our home and yard are strictly smoke-free. Even off-site smoking can leave a lasting scent, so we kindly ask that only non-smokers book with us. Thank you for understanding!
