The space Escape the daily hustle and bustle at Villa Mar, a unique and cozy 50 m² cottage surrounded by greenery. Whether you come to lose yourself in a good book, walk your dog through the woods, or spend quality time with your family, this is the ideal place for you. Outdoors & Relaxation Through the French doors in the living room, you step directly onto the terrace. The spacious private garden is fully fenced, so children and dogs can play safely. Thanks to the natural alternation of sun and shade, there is always a perfect spot to be found. In the living room, the cozy fireplace ensures warm evenings. There is intentionally no television, but with a wide selection of books and games, you won't get bored for a moment. For those who still want to stay connected: there is Wi-Fi in both the cottage and the garden. The cottage features three cleverly designed sleeping areas: Bedroom 1: Equipped with a spacious double bed (210 cm long). Bedroom 2: Equipped with two single beds (70 x 190 cm / 27.5 x 75 in). The Mezzanine: A cozy extra sleeping area with a 180 cm bed (ceiling height 130 cm), often a favorite for children! Your stay includes bed linens, towels (1 set per person), and kitchen linens. The open kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher, oven/grill, and a fridge-freezer. After a long journey, you can relax right away; the first coffee (Senseo) and tea are already waiting for you. In addition, the cottage has a neat bathroom and a separate toilet. Surroundings & Practical Information Villa Mar is located on a small-scale park with only 13 cottages, where privacy is paramount. There are two old bicycles at your disposal, which will take you to the cozy center of Ermelo in just a few minutes for your daily shopping or a bite to eat and a drink on a sidewalk café. One dog is welcome. (Please indicate at the time of booking.) Guest access During your stay, you will have the fully furnished home and the spacious, fenced garden with garden furniture all to yourselves. Thanks to the layout, there is always a nice spot in the garden, whether in the sun or in the shade. Other things to note Bedding, towels (1 set pp), kitchen linen are provided.
