A 5 minute walk through the alleyway, past the golf course, through the park and playground, and across the road to the glorious Mount Maunganui beach. Outdoor wood burner and dining table on the covered back deck makes for fantastic evenings. 5 minutes walk to Bayfair shopping centre with all its restaurants bars cafes supermarket and shopping. Plenty of off street parking. The garage is not included as that is where we will have our stuff locked up.
