Our stylish guest suite is perfect for a sneaky get away. Just 600m (10-15min stroll) to the beach lookout, 1km to the fantastic Yanchep Lagoon & 5 min drive to the Yanchep National Park, you can get right amongst the local scenery. Our guest suite is fully equipped from the kitchen to the laundry & everything in between. Fully ducted reverse cycle aircon makes for a cool summer escape or a warm winter retreat. Tea, coffee & sugar provided along with full cream milk option only! The space You'll have this cosy and comfortable guest suite all to yourself. Beachside Serenity is a fully self-contained unit for 2. Our guest suite features a fully filtered water system, from the shower to drinking water. Rest assured that the water is as clean as it gets. The bedroom is fitted with a blackout blind which turns the room into a sleeping sanctuary. 😴 Complete and utter darkness. The windows all around are tinted... This keeps the home slightly cooler in summer as well as providing privacy. *Please note that at night, when the blind are open and the lights are on the windows become completely see-through. Our space is not suitable for children. Unfortunately, it is not set up with their safety in mind and past experiences have meant we no longer offer this as an option. Guest access Private entry via the front porch. The keys to the suite are located in the lockbox on the left-hand wall beside the Ring doorbell camera. The door can be found to the right-hand side and is labelled BEACHSIDE SERENITY. Other things to note Please be advised that parking is restricted to the street only. The main dwelling is occupied and access in and out of the garage MUST be maintained at all times.
