Parties No parties or large gatherings are allowed inside the apartment. 03. Garbage Please drop any trash at the garbage disposal located in the -1 parking level. 04. Door, Windows & Lights Always make sure to close door & windows and turn off lights before going out. 05. Smoking Smoking isn’t allowed inside the unit. A 2500 MAD fine will be charged if smoke is detected. 06. Cleaning & Air Conditioning Leave the apartment and kitchen clean. Do not keep windows open while using air conditioning. 07. Lost Fob or Garage Key If the fob or garage key is lost, a $75 fine will be applied. 08. Moroccan Citizens For Moroccan citizens, only married couples are accepted.
