Cottage in the countryside

An idyllic & quiet courtyard of almost 3000 square meters with a large & fenced garden - consisting of meadows, fruit trees, barns with views of nature - all for you alone. Between the Dübener Heide Nature Park & Muldestausee you will find bike paths, extensive lakes, forests & a lot of peace. The farmhouse has a large garden, gazebo, pool as well as an open barn. For safety reasons, children up to 12 years old are not allowed to stay. The space The main house has been renovated and modernized. In the living room you will find a fireplace - in the garden a fireplace. The house has an open plan living room area with kitchen. In the house there are two bathrooms as well as four private bedrooms upstairs for up to 8 people. The fourth bedroom in the attic is available for bookings of 7 people or more. If your group is even bigger, feel free to write a message. Guest access Use of the outdoor pool (unheated) is seasonal and weather-dependent. The barns on the property can be used in part. You have the entire house all to yourselves, and you also have free access to the garden. You can park right next to the house. Pure country idyll also means: In the village there is no supermarket or late shopping - two places further and approx. 10 minutes away, however, there is a good selection. Other things to note In this quiet area you will find pure nature, the most beautiful starry sky as well as plenty of tranquility to relax. If you need some variety, the beautiful Leipzig is just 45 minutes away by car (40 km). For safety reasons, children up to 12 years old are not allowed to stay.
