An idyllic & quiet courtyard awaits you on almost 3000 square meters with a large & fenced garden - consisting of meadows, fruit trees, barns with a view of nature - all for you alone. Between the Dübener Heide & Muldestausee Nature Park you will find bike paths, extensive lakes, forests & lots of peace and quiet. The farm has a large garden, pavilion, pool and open barn. The space The main house has been renovated and modernized. In the living room you will find a fireplace - in the garden a fireplace. The house has an open plan living room area with kitchen. In the house there is a bathroom as well as four private bedrooms upstairs for up to 8 people. The fourth bedroom in the attic is available for bookings of 7 people or more. If your group is even bigger, feel free to write a message. Guest access Use of the outdoor pool (unheated) is seasonal and weather-dependent. The barns on the property can be used in part. You have the entire house all to yourselves, and you also have free access to the garden. You can park right next to the house. Pure country idyll also means: In the village there is no supermarket or late shopping - two places further and approx. 10 minutes away, however, there is a good selection. Other things to note In this quiet area you will find pure nature, the most beautiful starry sky as well as plenty of tranquility to relax. If you need some variety, beautiful Leipzig with just under 45 minutes' drive (40 km) is not far away. We ask for your understanding that children under the age of 12 cannot be accommodated for safety reasons.
