Prior to check in, we will provide you with a four-digit code that is easy for you to remember. On check in day, your code will be active at the front door at 4:00pm. Unless prior arrangements have been made. You can come and go during your stay as you please. Once inside, everything is at your disposal (the only exception is one locked hall closet which is for our cleaning team). Please feel free to use the 2-car garage. Here you can park your car and enter the house with protection from the outside elements. Our driveway will accommodate two vehicles and two vehicles street parking directly in front of the house is available as well. You will be provided a garage door opener to use during your stay. However, there is a charge of $75 if you fail to leave it when you check out. Other things to note Please note that the number of guests, child/infants and pets staying at the house must match the details provided in your reservation. We love hosting your pups! Dogs only, please. Sorry, no cats or other pets. The first 2 dogs stay free. Any dogs beyond the first 2 must be approved in advance. Approved additional dogs are subject to a $50 fee per dog. If you plan to bring more than 2 dogs, please let us know before booking or prior to arrival. Once approved, we will send a request for the additional pet fee through the Airbnb platform. Thank you for helping us keep our property pet-friendly for future guests! We have a minimal additional charge of $10 (per guest/child/infant, per night) after 2 guests. Additionally, we kindly ask that there be no events, parties/large gatherings or loud music to ensure a peaceful and enjoyable stay for everyone. Minimum of $500 additional charge for an unauthorized event, party or large gatherings. A gathering larger than 6 guests , must be approved by Hosts. Please feel free to ask. You as a guest agree to the following: The renter agrees to save, indemnify and hold harmless the owner, property manager, contractors, and their respective insurers, for any/all loss, damage, expense, penalty, personal injuries (including death), or loss of property sustained by any person whatsoever as a result of the use of any portion of the premises or surrounding area of the property. The renter assumes full responsibility for all persons' entering the premises during the renter's contracted time of stay.
