The Loon on the Lake is a very cute & charming park home that is located right on Little Platte Lake! It features 2 bedrooms, 5 beds, a living area, dining area, kitchen, and 1.5 bathrooms! Also has a great deck with outdoor furniture, a picnic table, and a fun outdoor kitchen! Plus a second private picnic table with a lakeview! Has great lake views throughout and includes use of the resort's kayaks and shared bonfire ring! Also includes Wi-Fi, A/C, heat, and live streaming television! Guest access GUEST ACCESS: Guests have access to all of the resort's amenities (including the kayaks), but there is no rowboat available for guests of The Loon. Other things to note PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING: (1) Includes new Deck, 2 picnic tables, BRAND NEW mattress (hybrid and memory foam), BRAND new pull out sofa and mattress, BRAND NEW Haier Refrigerator, BRAND NEW Carpet, and 2 NEW televisions! (2) Guests are welcome to bring their own motors or rent one for use with the row boats. Crystal Lake Marina in Honor and Beulah rent boat motors. Motors should be 10 Horsepower or less and must be short shaft because Little Platte Lake is VERY shallow. (3) Peterson Beach on Lake Michigan is only 4.6 miles from the resort!
