5★ Beautiful Bungalow Tucked Away In South Austin

This transitional style cactus themed apartment is located in South Austin. There are many things to do near by, restaurants, bars, outdoor activities etc. Some of the things to do include; Moontower Saloon, South Austin Beer Garden, Maudie’s Tex-Mex, Madam Ma’am’s Thai Cuisine & Mary Moore Park & bike trail. All located about 5 - 10 min from the apartment. We are centrally located between Downtown Austin and Buda. Easy access to two major highways, Austin I-35 and Loop 1 (Mopac). The space Our Bungalow is completely private on the second floor, with it's own stairway front door entrance. Additionally, there are french doors that open to a cozy balcony with a lovely view of the park-like property. We enjoy observing deer and birds hanging out as well. It's a relaxing place to enjoy a morning coffee or tea. Guest access Feel free to walk around and explore the property. Hang out on the patio downstairs, or have a picnic on the lawn. We are next to a creek, (dry unless we have had rain) and it has a popular bike trail runs alongside it. You're welcome to store golf clubs, bicycles, kayaks etc. under the stairs or behind the bungalow in the yard. Other things to note We have 1 large (friendly) dog that lives with us indoors. When we take him outside he will be leashed if guests are visiting.
