Welcome to our beautiful house on the headland, with Lake Vättern as your closest neighbor. This detached house with a large garden offers about 90 sqm of living space on two floors, with open plan kitchen and living room, bathroom, and two comfortable bedrooms, with room for 4-5 people. The attached guest house offers a bedroom with bunk bed and space for 2-3 people. The guest house has its own shower and toilet. The house is modernly decorated with furniture and amenities of the highest quality. June - August is weekly rental. The space This comfortable accommodation offers a house on two floors as well as a guest house. The larger house's open floor plan with fully-equipped kitchen and living room has sliding windows that in the summer create a lovely outdoor feeling. A modern fully tiled bathroom with shower. Two bedrooms upstairs with built-in wardrobes. One bedroom has a double bed and the other bedroom has a 90 cm bed and a 120 cm bed! The small guest house has a bedroom with a bunk bed where the lower part is a 120 cm wide bed and the upper part is 90 cm wide as well as a private bathroom with shower and toilet. The accommodation has a large deck that connects the large house with the small one and offers several comfortable seating areas. The dock belongs to the property and there are also seating areas here. Upon request, a basic rowboat can be provided. For those who want to bring their own boat, there is the possibility to put the boat in a nearby beach or in Vadstena and then drive the boat out to the dock. The jetty has bollards for mooring. Guests have free access to a Weber kettle grill and in winter there is the possibility to burn wood in the efficient stove. Guests are responsible for firewood and charcoal. In summer, i.e. June, July and August, only weekly rentals with check-in and check-out on Saturdays. Guest access The entire accommodation is at the guest's disposal. In the smaller guest house, only one of two bedrooms is available for guests' use. Other things to note The house is child-friendly but parents are responsible for their children's safety and should note that the house's proximity to water without a fence requires a watchful eye, and that the swing and trampoline are used with understanding and supervision.
