Welcome to our beautiful house on the headland, with Lake Vättern as your closest neighbor. This detached house with a large garden offers about 90 sqm of living space on two floors, with open plan kitchen and living room, bathroom, and two comfortable bedrooms, with room for 4-5 people. The attached guest house offers a bedroom with bunk bed and space for 2-3 people. The guest house has its own shower and toilet. The house is modernly decorated with furniture and amenities of the highest quality. June - August is weekly rental. The space This comfortable home offers a house on two floors as well as a guest house. The larger house's open plan with fully-equipped kitchen and living room has sliding windows that in the summer create a lovely outdoor feeling. A modern fully tiled bathroom with a shower. Two bedrooms upstairs with place-built wardrobes. One bedroom has a double bed and the other bedroom has a 90cm bed and a 120cm bed! The small guesthouse has a bedroom with a bunk bed where the bottom is a 120 cm wide bed and the upper part is 90 cm wide as well as a private bathroom with shower and toilet. The property has a large deck that connects the big house with the small one and offers several comfortable seating. The dock belongs to the property and also here there are seating areas. Upon request, a basic rowboat can be provided. For those who want to bring their own boat, it is possible to put in the boat in a nearby beach or in Vadstena and then drive out the boat to the jetty. The dock has bollards for mooring. Guests have free access to a Weber charcoal grill and in winter it is possible to burn in the effective fireplace. Firewood and coal are responsible for the guest themselves. During the summer season, i.e., June, July, and August, only weekly rentals are available. Guest access The entire accommodation is at the guest's disposal. In the smaller guest house, only one of two bedrooms is available for guests' use. Other things to note The house is child-friendly but parents are responsible for their children's safety and should note that the house's proximity to water without a fence requires a watchful eye, and that the swing and trampoline are used with understanding and supervision.
