Studio on Arcadia Historic property

The studio is a free standing building with ensuite bathroom originally designed as an art studio, now a guest suite. The yard & outdoor kitchen are shared with the owners, dog Lucille and yard cats. The studio has no kitchen, but is equipped with Kcup coffee maker, electric kettle, bar fridge, microwave & toaster. Glasses, cups, plates, cutlery and a corkscrew are provided. Free wifi and TV are available. You're one block from the historic shopping district. Off street parking is provided. The space This studio is intended to make a visit to Arcadia memorable. We have stayed in short term rentals all over the world and tried to make this a one room studio where we would find everything we might need. Guest access You are welcome to use our grill, deck and patio spaces. Let us know your schedule so we can avoid overcrowding. If you would like to tour our home or meet for drinks, at 4 o'clock somewhere, let us know. Other things to note We chose Arcadia as an ideal community for life since we no longer have 9-5 work requirements. We love life here and hope you will love Arcadia too.
