The property also includes two designated parking spaces located beneath the gated carport for your convenience. The front yard features an outdoor dining area that is available for your private use and enjoyment, whether you're relaxing outdoors or enjoying a meal. Please note that the property includes a separate rear guest house (mother-in-law suite) with its own occupants. The backyard is reserved exclusively for the rear guest house and is not accessible to guests staying in the main home. Additionally, the far-left uncovered parking space is designated for the rear guest house occupants and is not available for guest use. We appreciate your cooperation in respecting these designated areas to help ensure a comfortable experience for everyone on the property. Other things to note Please note that the property includes a separate rear guest house (mother-in-law suite) that is occupied during your stay. Guests may occasionally see or interact with the tenants staying in that space. We kindly ask everyone to respect one another's privacy and designated areas. The backyard is reserved exclusively for the occupants of the rear house. Guests staying in the main home are asked not to enter the backyard or rear tenants house area. Likewise, the rear house occupants are instructed not to use the areas designated for main house guests. Please park only in your assigned parking spaces and leave the designated parking area for the rear house occupants available for their use. For your enjoyment, the main home includes a private outdoor seating area located in the front yard. As a property that regularly hosts large groups, the home may show some normal signs of wear and tear. While we continuously maintain and improve the property, guests may occasionally notice minor cosmetic imperfections such as light carpet stains, small wall dents, scuffs, or paint touch-up areas. These issues are cosmetic in nature and do not affect the functionality or cleanliness of the home. We maintain high cleaning and sanitation standards for all linens. Although stained sheets, towels, blankets, and covers are removed whenever possible, faint residual stains may occasionally remain despite professional laundering. All linens are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized using commercial-grade detergents, bleach, and high-temperature washing processes to ensure they are fresh, clean, and ready for every guest. Our property is located in the greater Houston area, a thriving economic hub with a strong industrial presence. As is common in many parts of the region, the home is situated near industrial facilities and transportation infrastructure that support local businesses and the broader economy. Guests may occasionally notice some industrial noise during daytime hours. However, many visitors find that these sounds quickly fade into the background and are not disruptive to their stay. Industrial activity is generally reduced during the evening and overnight hours. The property is also located near a railroad line. Trains may occasionally be heard, including at night. Guests who are particularly sensitive to noise may find this noticeable or disruptive. That said, the majority of our previous guests have not considered the train noise to be a significant concern. For those coming from other states, please note that Texas has bugs and mosquitos. Occasionally they can get inside the house. We treat the house for pests quarterly to keep it under control.
