Guest house of 30m2 within walking distance to Fjällbacka with restaurants and shopping. The house has 1 bedroom 5m2 (double bed 140cm) with private exit to outdoor shower and separate terrace of 15m2. There is also a roof terrace with sea view. There is a sofa bed (double 140cm) in the living room (16m2). Bunk beds (9 m2) with 2x 120 cm mattresses (possibilities for more). Kitchen with oven and hob, as well as microwave and fridge/freezer. Bathroom with toilet/shower and underfloor heating. Electric hand towel dryer. Nespresso coffee machine. Kettle. The space The house is brand new, built in 2021. Guest access Guests can also use the greenhouse, where there are tables and chairs for 4 people. Here you can enjoy a glass of wine with grapes on the roof :) Other things to note The pool is private and not for use. Exceptions can be made if we are present. It is also possible to have a guided private boat trip. It costs 50 euros to cover the cost of petrol. About 90 minutes trip with 21 ft boat with 150HK. We get a lot of questions about whether there are bed linen and towels in the house. There aren't, but we can arrange this at an extra cost of 10 euros per person for both bed linen and towels. We also have a 15 ft BRIG rib with 40HP engine that is possible to rent for an additional fee.
