Great layout for family and friends. There are three spacious bedrooms with an office attached to primary room. The outdoor saltwater pool is a great place to cool off and hang out. The attached spa can be heated at your convenience using voice commands with our Alexa. If you would like the pool heated, please notify us 24 hours prior to your stay. A fee of $100/day will be applied for pool heating. Spa heating is complimentary. This home includes a fully stocked kitchen with everything you might need to cook and bake your favorite meals and desserts! For all of you coffee lovers, we will be providing a few complimentary k-cups to get you started for use in our Keurig coffee machine as well as some honey and sugar. You will also have access to a blender, toaster, microwave, stove and oven, serving platters, glassware, silverware, and even some spices and oil! Some cleaning products will also be available to keep the space tidy while you stay. Our formal dining area features a large table with seating for 6 people and the kitchenette area also has a pub table with seating for 4. Our family room has a large cozy sectional for lounging and watching tv. Every room in the house has a smart TV and will be set up with complimentary access to YouTube TV. Other apps are also available for you to use and sign in with your account, but please sign out before your departure! The house also has a laundry room with a washer and dryer for your convenience. A small amount of laundry detergent and dryer sheets will be provided complimentary for your stay. The garage is set up with a pool table that can also convert into a ping pong table. There is also a seating area in the garage with a rug and TV that can be used as an additional space to hang out and play games. Don't forget to lock up before you leave the house! Guest access You will have full access to home, yard, and garage. Some cabinets will be locked for supply storage.
