Immerse yourself in modern comfort and stylish design amidst the picturesque nature of Allgäu. Linen, towels, shower towels, tea towels are included. Tourist tax will be charged after arrival. The house offers a spacious living space of over 120 square meters with an extraordinarily fast internet speed of 100 Mbits. So you can easily work online, stream videos, or stay in touch with your loved ones. For families with small children, we provide diaper buckets and changing mats free of charge. We are happy to offer a cot and high chair on request at an additional cost (bed linen for the baby bed must be requested separately). The modern equipment of the house offers all the comforts you need. Enjoy the amenities of two bathrooms that make the stay even more enjoyable. The apartment has two bedrooms: one with a double bed (1.80 × 2.00 m) and an additional extra bed (0.80 × 2.00 m) and another bedroom with a double bed (1.80 × 2.00 m). Upstairs in the corridor there is a sleeping alcove that can be separated by curtains with a sofa bed (1.60 × 2.00 m), which offers two more sleeping places without affecting everyday living. In addition, another person can sleep on a sofa bed in the living room. Important: For a booking for only two people, we provide a bedroom with a comfortable double bed and a bathroom and offer a discounted price. If you need all rooms, please book for at least 3 people. A special attraction is the beautiful garden, which you can use exclusively. Enjoy nature on the terrace or balcony and relax at the sight of the surrounding countryside. In the evening you can use the fireplace in the garden and spend convivial hours. The house is heated with wood and is additionally equipped with an electric heater, which provides basic heat. The fireplace must also be used in the colder months. For your arrival we offer free parking for a car directly on the premises. Please be aware that the driveway is a little tight. Other things to note We provide 1 towel and shower towel per person. All beds (hardness H1 in the large bedroom and H2 in the small bedroom) except the sofa bed in the living room are made on arrival. The kitchen is equipped with cleaning supplies, dishwasher detergent, cloths, sponge and 2 dish towels per week of stay. Note: There is another apartment above the apartment, which is also rented out. In winter, there is often snowfall in The Hague. The driveway to the property is cleared at least on the day of arrival and departure. However, if there is a lot of snow, a snow blower and snow shovel are available. Pets are welcome here. Please be sure to include pets when booking. Our house is located in the sleepy village of Haag, only 2.5 km from the center of Oy. There you will find various shopping opportunities for everyday needs. In Haag you can still hear the mowing of the cows and enjoy the rural idyll. The house is in a cul-de-sac right at the entrance of a hiking trail into the Rottachtal. Tourist tax in Oy-Mittelberg is €1.40/night/guest (children €0.80) and is charged extra before arrival. Long-term stays are possible. Please note for long-term stays: A heating surcharge is due depending on consumption. Procurement of consumer goods must be done by yourself. Waste disposal may also have to be taken care of yourself.
