There is a large terrace equipped with dining table and barbecue. Inside, the spaces are distributed as follows: - a cozy living room with sofa bed, TV and dining table; - equipped kitchenette; - a double bedroom; - a full bathroom with shower and washing machine; - a small room with two single beds and a comfortable balcony. The house is equipped with all comforts, including air conditioning (in the double bedroom and in the living room), alarm system, carbon monoxide detector, fire alarm and fire extinguisher for a pleasant and safe stay. The following are exempt from payment of the fee: - registered residents of the Municipality of Anzio; - children up to the 12th year of age, - members of the police, civil protection and the National Fire Brigade who stay overnight for service purposes (self-certification); - in the event of disasters and major events identified by the Administration: a. all volunteers of the provincial, regional and national civil protection (self-certification); b. members of voluntary associations (self-certification); - workers in accommodation facilities, shops and craft businesses in the municipality of Anzio (self-certification); - those who stay overnight for medical examinations/hospital stays in the municipality.
