Pets: Not allowed (€250 cleaning fee for violations) Smoking: Prohibited indoors and on the balcony (€250 cleaning fee for violations) House Care Guidelines: To ensure a smooth stay, we kindly request that you: Keep the space tidy and dispose of trash in designated bins located on the ground floor. Lock all doors and windows when leaving the apartment. Security & Safety A €500 refundable security deposit is required on-site for families with children, as a precaution against damages. Use the Digital Key Fob to access the building. A fire extinguisher is available near the exit door for safety. Do not leave open flames or candles unattended. Departure Checklist Before you check out, please: Lock all doors and windows. Return keys to our house manager. Dispose of trash in the Trash Room. Ensure the apartment is tidy, with dishes cleaned and food removed from the fridge. Guest access Guest Access No Unregistered Guests or Visitors: Unregistered guests or visitors are strictly prohibited from entering the flat at any time. Occupancy: The property comprises two separate bedrooms and is designed to accommodate a maximum of three guests. Charges for Bedding Usage: If a booking is made for 2 guests and the use of the SofaBed is requested, an additional charge of 80 Euros per night will be applied for the use of the SofaBed. Guests are required to notify us in advance if they wish to use the SofaBed. Other things to note House Rules * No Smoking: To ensure a pristine and odour-free environment, we maintain a strict no-smoking policy throughout the property and its surroundings. Non-smokers and non-vapers are most welcome. Any evidence of smoking will incur a minimum additional cleaning fee of €250.00. We reserve the right to request immediate departure for individuals found smoking or in possession of prohibited substances, with no refunds issued. * No Pets: Animals and pets of any kind are strictly prohibited. Evidence of animals or pets will result in an additional cleaning fee of at least €250.00. * No Parties or Events: Please respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum. We reserve the right to request immediate eviction for individuals found partying. * An additional charge of €80 per night will apply for each unregistered guest for the duration of your stay. * Additional Fees: ● Lost keys: €300 ● Excessive cleaning: €250 Standard Package ● Each booking includes a bed set (duvet and pillow) and a towel set (bath towel and face towel) per guest.
