Guest access Villa Playa Blanca is a 2nd floor luxury 2 bed 2 bath 2nd floor unit with large private balcony overlooking Carlin Park where you can feel the ocean breezes. a short walk across to the famous Jupiter beach with turquoise waters. You may want to sample the restaurants which are a 10 minute walk. Either the Jupiter Beach Resort or in Harbor Place, Tiger Woods Grill, Tommy Bahama and Bravo Italian and others. All of this means a choice of relaxing, dining and luxury. Please note: Arrivals later than 10pm will be subject to a $150 late check in fee All guests are greeted by POSHPADZ staff, walked around the property to ensure the property meets your expectations and to check there are no damages in the property. Check in is similar to checking into a hotel. Note a credit card is kept on file for damages and destroyed 5 days after departure. You will be asked to sign the damage waiver, the POSHPADZ contract and show a driving license for all guests over the age of 18 years. This is a requirement to be approved by the HOA. There is a $25 per vehicle HOA parking fee (subject to change) for your stay. It is important to complete the HOA Documents and return them in order to obtain a parking permit. Without a parking permit your vehicle may be towed. POSHPADZ does not take responsibility for the cost of towing. Arrivals later than 9pm $150 convenience fee. Dec 25th and Jan 1st arrivals $150.
