Tranquil Studio Near Scenic Redwood Highway

The studio offers a perfect balance of proximity to town and the tranquility of nature just 8 miles west of downtown Grants Pass. Enter the unit through a flourishing garden and enjoy a cozy, clean oasis. This is a great stopover for road trippers and a convenient home base for exploring the Redwoods and Rogue River. The unit features a spacious deck overlooking a seasonal pond (dry in summer). If you're seeking peace, quiet, and a restful night's sleep, this is the place for you! The space The guest studio is located above the garage and features an open floor plan. It comfortably accommodates two people with a queen-sized bed, premium mattress, comfortable sofa, kitchenette, and Roku TV. We can provide a queen-size air mattress and extra linens for a third or fourth person if needed. The kitchenette is equipped with plates, utensils, coffee, tea, and basic condiments. Guests can access a washer, dryer, and detergent in the garage. During the summer, the studio stays cool with a ceiling fan and portable air conditioner, while in the winter, a wall heater and extra blankets keep guests cozy. Additionally, there is a 3/4 bath with plenty of clean white towels and a large walk-in closet with a full-length mirror. A large deck overlooks the seasonal pond and is outfitted with Adirondack chairs and a bistro table, the perfect spot for enjoying an evening beverage or morning coffee. The 2.5-acre property is not only home to our pets (dogs, cats, and chickens), but also a wide variety of wildlife, including deer and wild turkey. Fed by Madam's Creek, the large pond begins to fill in the fall and dries up during the summer months. There is no cleaning fee and I take extra care to ensure that the space is clean, fresh, and comfortable for guests. Well-behaved dogs and cats are welcome. There is a $10 per pet fee per stay. Guest access Guests are welcome to wander the property. Guests with dogs should be aware there are free-range chickens, cats and dogs on the premises. Other things to note Besides myself and my significant other Steve, the property is home to my large dogs (Rumi, Miya & Charlie), cats (Snippet , Ozzy, Cali), and chickens. Well-behaved dogs and children are welcome, but should be supervised at all times.
