Welcome to A Peaceful Place. Our river home is just minutes to the lake or the casinos! There is plenty of things to keep you busy, from boating to hiking in the hills. This updated open floor plan house is in the perfect location for all your needs. It is located 5 minutes to Laughlins Casinos and less than 10 minutes to Katherine's Landing. There are many neat areas to hike within 15-20 minutes from here. Our Peaceful Place includes 3 bedrooms which sleep up to 8 people, 2 full bathrooms, kitchen, dining and living rooms. We just installed BRAND NEW Luxury vinyl plank through the entire home and feels great underfoot! Our neighborhood is very safe and quiet. We ask that NO parties are thrown here or loud talking outside after 10pm to be respectful to the neighbors. Our driveway is pretty large and will accommodate a large truck with boat/trailer as well as 1-3 other vehicles. Also, it is flat with level entry, no crazy incline to have to battle! Our back patio includes, table,chairs and a BBQ for you to enjoy. Also, we just updated our 1980s lights to fan lights to help keep you cool. SUMMER RATES: are a bit higher due to heat and energy usage. Whole house is electric, so as you know the more used, the more the rate/bill is. Pets: We bring our hypoallergenic dogs out here with us so we also allow dogs and have a dog crate if you need to leave your dog for a few hours in the house. We do ask that you do not leave dog uncrated if you leave the house for a few hours. We do have a fully fenced backyard for them to run around in. Please do not allow pets up on the furniture. Health is important to us so we clean with organic non toxic cleaners and hope that you appreciate that. We also do not allow smoking in the house or on the property...this is a NO-SMOKING property! The whole house is available for you to use and enjoy. There is a closet and garage that is locked for our personal items. I am available by text or phone but do not live close by so we have done our best to provide everything needed... If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to contact me anytime. Our neighborhood is very safe and quiet. Our home has beautiful views of Laughlins city lights and gorgeous desert sunsets. No more than 9 people are allowed to stay on this property. 8 adults and infant/baby in portable crib
