This fully equipped home has everything you need for a comfortable stay — linens, towels, cookware, dishes, a 55” Smart TV, fast internet, and 2 dedicated workspaces. There are 3 bedrooms, and the bathroom is located between two rooms (you’ll walk through one bedroom to access it). A private upstairs studio is also available under our Airbnb listing “TiNy FuNkY sTuDiO” — perfect for larger groups or separate stays (max 2 guests). Please note, the studio has a private entrance and may be occupied during your stay, so we kindly ask for quiet hours in the evenings. NOTE: the upstairs separate studio guests DON'T have access to the ground level main house. The wooden spiral staircase by the piano is no longer in use and its "Ornamental" only. Shared spaces only include the backyard, back porch with seating area, & firepit, front porch with swing, and driveway (main house uses the south half, and the studio uses the north half). If the studio isn’t occupied, you’ll have all shared areas to yourself! For long-term stays (over 28 days), there’s a flat $250 fee for a small portion of the electricity and water bills. Extended stays (over 28 nights) require a $180 cleaning fee for service provided every two weeks.
