Lovely double room with wardrobe, chest of drawers, tea and coffee making facilities. This room get's the evening light, and you can see a small snippet of the sea from the room. This double bedroom is next to the shared bathroom. A great garden with lawn and patio spaces. Use the sun loungers, hammock. swing seat and outdoor dining areas to enjoy the sun throughout the day. The space The kitchen may be used for light meals. I can allocate a plate and cutlery for you to use. Lots of outside space for the summer with plenty of parking on drive. You will love the convenience of this tastefully decorated property situated approx 10-15 minute down hill walk to the beaches, harbour, restaurants, cafes, ferries and local shops, beside the Golden Hind Pirate Ship, Battery Gardens, and Marina. Guest access Bedroom, Bathroom, Kitchen and Garden. During your stay I am normally available in the evenings and weekends. Other things to note I have a cockapoo, Bertie, who is a well behaved dog. He is a hypoallergenic dog, so there is no smell of him in the house and he sleeps in his crate at night.
