The space Cangrejo Beach House provides a truly Puerto Rican experience, located in the fisherman village of Cangrejo Beach and within walking distance of Arroyo Malecon (Boardwalk). Boricua owner, from the way he lives to you. Live Boricua! This house is located on the 2nd floor; you need to use the stairs to access the house. Decorated with local art, this house offers you a modern, fully equipped kitchen with a dining table for 4. Your family has 2 full bathrooms, 1 inside the house with access from the master bedroom or kitchen. The 2nd one is on the outside and is a shared bathroom next to the entertainment area patio. If you are outside the property and need to use the bathroom, you will have easy access to it. For sleeping, your family has 2 bedrooms with A/C. The master bedroom has a king bed, and the 2nd bedroom has a double bed. We highly recommend this house for 4 guests, but if you have kids or small adults, they can sleep on the sleeping sofa with a ceiling fan. Accommodating in total 6 guests. Enjoy the beach breeze from the balcony with a breathtaking view of the park and beach. Witness the Puerto Rican fisherman life from the balcony during the morning with your Puerto Rican coffee (provided) or with a glass of wine enjoying the sunset. Guest access You will have access to the 2nd floor. On the 1st floor, you will share the BBQ area, laundry, and exterior bathroom. Other things to note Free street parking, no garage on premises. You can park around the house on the street or cross the property in the green area. You can see it from the balcony. Also, some noises can occur, especially during weekends. Veterans venue close by the property; sometimes music concerts can happen on the boardwalk and music from cars or restaurants. Be aware that we cannot control any of these noises. You are renting the 2nd floor. If we have guests on the 1st floor, you will share the patio, BBQ, laundry, and exterior bathroom with the 1st-floor guests. If you want a private experience or to bring more family and friends, you can rent the entire unit for an affordable price for up to 15 guests. Just ask us for the link.
