Guest suite in Miami

*Our policy is to only book guests with previous Airbnb reviews.* This is a small guest suite with private entrance and private bathroom located in Little River - a leafy, quiet and diverse neighborhood. Several coffee shops, restaurants and bars are within walking distance, including the popular Citadel Food Hall. Amenities include free street parking, microwave, mini-fridge, fresh towels and TV. Miami Beach is a 20-minute drive and MIA airport is a 15-minute drive. The space The space is a small but quaint en-suite bedroom and bathroom with a private entrance. You will be 100% independent with self check-in/out. A door connects the room to our house but it is fully locked and soundproof. The room itself has a queen-size bed, a Roku TV with streaming channels, a desk and office chair, a microwave and mini-fridge, a French-press coffee maker and kettle. The bathroom has a shower and fresh bath towels + beach towels. It is best suited for short stays as there is little storage space and no kitchen, but a cozy affordable retreat in the city! Guest access You have a private entrance with easy lockbox check-in. Arrive any time after 3 pm, late check-in is not a problem. Earlier check-in can usually be arranged. Other things to note Please note that this might not be the place for you if: - You don't have a car and you wish to stay mainly on the beach. In that case, we encourage you to look for a rental on Miami Beach. - You wish to cook during your stay since we don't offer a full kitchen. - You are looking for a place to party or hang out with friends. This is a quiet family neighborhood and we live next door.
