Entire upper level -accessed from the ground level- of a Chalet home. Please note: The lower level- with separate entry - is also an apartment; and is often occupied by the on-site Host Cherie The Air BNB apartment upstairs offers stunning views of the golf course extending out to Mount Hutt which dominates the landscape 2 double bedrooms each with a Queen bed, plus a super spacious Studio room with 2 additional single daybeds in the lounge area The queen bedrooms each have full length oversized mirrors for wedding parties etc, and TVs with dvd players The 2 daybeds in the studio area can each extend to be a superking bed… allowing for 2 singles or a double in the same room. Realistically, the space can accommodate 8, but the listing is limited to 6 to make for a more comfortable stay 🥳 Quality Linen and duvets for both single and double daybed options available. Kitchenette in the studio room with full size French door fridge/freezer, overhead rangehood and limited / simple cooking facilities. (Eg air fryer on-bench oven, plug in induction cooktop plate, microwave, jug/toaster/slowcooker/toasted sandwich maker/electric frypan, 2 x coffee machines; 1 for pods, one for beans) Dedicated desk/office area in the studio room with a plug in monitor for your use The studio also has a marble top dining area, and a lounge space with leather chesterfield couch The daybeds operate as 2 additional couches when required Smart tv with sky and Netflix in the studio / dvd player and extensive dvd library. Bathroom with a newly installed double shower, plus a toilet, twin basin vanity and a 2nd toilet and basin in the adjacent separate powder room. Hallway has a well stocked fiction library/reading nook and a large cupboard with board games and puzzles. The apartment has its own front door entry with security lighting. Laundry can be collected/washed/dried/folded/returned by arrangement ($40 per full load, pre-arrange with Cherie (your host) as required) The outside space is shared access Fully private access and use of the spa for Airbnber’s from 8am - 11 am and 3pm-8pm daily Generally extended hours can be arranged if needed There’s an outdoor lounge area next to the spa, and a gas Weber bbq for your enjoyment Spa accessed across a common grassed area, with views to the golf course and Mt Hutt. Spa jandals and spa towels provided. A stunning place to unwind and relax, or get an adrenaline surge from the local ski fields at Mt Hutt, Olympus and Porters, with a championship golf course right on your doorstep Guest access Entire upstairs apartment accessed by private entry through the front door, and up the stairs. Use of off street car parking (up to 4 vehicles) Key is always available just prior to check in for self entry Other things to note One off cleaning fee of $90 per stay (2 days-1 week stays) Suitable for infants up to 6 months, or children over 5yrs There are a lot of extra furnishings/decor items, plus stairs which make the chalet apartment unsuitable for toddlers or babies who are already crawling.
