Hello, dear guests! We speak English and Russian! Our home’s location is amazing for the sea and nature lover. You can reach beach in 2 min and to forest in 10 min on foot. You can enjoy the time swinging in a hammock in our green garden. Our summerhouse is full-furniture. While staying in our home, you can easily reach city center of Izmir and Ephesus by one transportation. Airport is only 40 km far away. We’ll both host you and guide you to explore new places! The space First floor: We have a living room, kitchen and bathroom. - Garden (You can have your meal in the garden and also swing in the hammock). Second floor: There are two rooms on the second floor. There's one twin bed in one room and one single bed in another room which has a small balcony with a view of the garden. 2 people can stay on the second floor. - There is one bathroom. Third floor: There are two rooms which have two single beds in each of them on the third floor. - There's also one big balcony where you can sunbathe or just chill watching the amazing view of the sky. There is one bathroom. 4 people can stay on the third floor. Ground floor: - There is a living room, kitchen and bathroom, - garden (you can eat in the garden and also swing in the hammock). Second floor: - There are two rooms on the second floor. One room has one double bed and one single bed in the other room, which has a small balcony overlooking the garden, - 2 people can be accommodated on the second floor, - There is one bathroom. This is a family house, and we really take care of each guest. We'll have Turkish Language and Culture workshops for our guests. You'll get informed about our lovely city Izmir and also Turkey. Other things to note 1- It is strictly forbidden to throw toilet paper and sanitary pads in the toilets. It gets clogged very easily and if there is a problem, there will be a fee. 2- When returning from the beach, the feet must be washed in the garden. 3. It is forbidden to walk with shoes inside the house. Please bring separate slippers for the house. 4- Please keep the bathrooms clean after you take a shower! (Be aware of the sand or stones after you come from the beach and take a shower) 5- It's forbidden to smoke and drink at home. 1- It is strictly forbidden to throw toilet paper into the toilets. It clogs very easily, and if there is a problem, you will be charged. 2- Upon returning from the beach, wash your feet in the garden. 3. No shoes inside the house. Please bring your own indoor slippers. 4- Please keep the bathrooms clean after taking a shower! (Remember about sand or stones after you come from the beach and take a shower) 5.
