The room is located in my home and has a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. The house with terrace and garden is located on a quiet street, 5 min walk to tram L3, shops, 10 min walk to Montpellier business school (MBS), 1 min to Nestor Burma cinema. The city center is 15 to 20 minutes away by bike, car, tram or bus. Check-in is possible from 6 p.m. The booking is not automatic, please introduce yourself so that I can know who you are. :) The space Large fully renovated wine house with terrace and garden. The ground floor has been converted into a 2-room apartment rented year-round to a couple of students. The 1st floor consists of a very large living room, kitchen, rented bedroom with bathroom and toilet. The 2nd floor includes the other bedrooms, another bathroom and toilet. Guest access You have access to the whole 1st floor: shared spaces (large living room, kitchen, toilet) and your space (bedroom with bathroom). You also have access to the terrace and garden. During your stay I'm available to chat by phone or text, and always happy to meet and sympathize with guests. Other things to note I live with my 14- and 8-year-old children part of the time. Their living space (bedrooms, bathroom) is on the 2nd floor.
