The use of more beds than the number of guests is subject to a surcharge, which must be requested and confirmed by the property, subject to availability. It is possible to request an additional single pouf bed, not recommended for adults, at a cost of €15 per night. Guest access Your reservation guarantees exclusive access to the Quarto Novo Suite property, limited to the room you booked and the included amenities and services. Access to the room and common transit area is reserved exclusively for those who booked the reservation and identified themselves at check-in with identification documents. It is essential that the number of guests corresponds to the number indicated in the reservation; those who book for a guest are unable to access additional people, even temporarily, since the only presence is considered to be the use of the service. No third-party bookings, where the guest is not the actual guest.
