The large southwest-facing terrace with lighting is perfect for BBQing with friends or for ending a busy working day. In the light-flooded living room you can enjoy your favorite show on the couch with a relaxing function. The dining area is ideally suited for 4-6 people. The sliding door leads into the modern kitchen. A large TV with Amazon Prime is used for entertainment. The kitchen is equipped with high-quality ALNO kitchen and brand appliances from Siemens. Induction stovetop, stove, microwave, milk frother and other kitchen appliances help prepare delicious dishes. The bathroom is also high-quality with brand furniture (Villeroy & Boch). You can enjoy a relaxing bath in the large bathtub. The bathroom is equipped with a washing machine. The apartment has a guest bathroom with shower and toilet for use in hectic morning hours.
