Located on a quaint tree-lined street, surrounded by the best parks, dining, entertainment, and Ithaca's famous Farmers Market on Cayuga Lake. You'll enjoy the vibrancy of downtown living while coming home to a charming abode. The space The space is tastefully designed and curated with a selection of our favorite brands and products. Our goal was to create an experience in which guests can enjoy the beautiful design and the simplicity of the objects throughout the guesthouse. Other things to note FOUR (4) night minimum for graduation and reunion weekends. If you do not book a minimum of 4 nights for either Ithaca or Cornell graduation we will ask you to edit your reservation or we reserve the right to cancel it. Strict no pets policy: Violations are charged at $120/night per animal.
