The space TOWNHOUSE 4 bedrooms | 3 bathrooms 1,636 sqft (152 m²) FIRST FLOOR: • 1 queen suite (43" Smart TV); • Living room; (55" Smart TV) • Dining room; • Fully equipped Kitchen; • Private Pool and BBQ grill. SECOND FLOOR: • 1 king suite (43" Smart TV); • 1 room with 2 full-size beds (43" Smart TV); • 1 bedroom with 2x twin-size (43" Smart TV); • 1 bathroom; • Laundry with washer and dryer. Additional Information: • The pool pool is facing South. - Pool heating is available as an optional service for $30 per day, with a minimum charge of $150 per stay. - Early check-in and late check-out are each available for a fee of $117, subject to calendar availability. - All optional services must be requested at least 48 hours before check-in. - BBQ GRILL: We provide the BBQ grill clean and ready for use, and we do not charge for its usage. Guests just need to purchase a propane tank refill, at the nearest retail store or propane refill station. The propane tank is located under the grill. • Housekeeping - To ensure a spotless experience, the home is professionally cleaned and inspected before your arrival. Daily housekeeping is not included in the rental, but mid-stay cleaning can be arranged in advance for an additional fee if needed. • Pool - The pool heater operates through heat exchange, which may not work effectively in very cold weather. If you choose to heat the pool under these conditions and it doesn’t reach the desired temperature, refunds will not be available. - For safety, the pool heater may temporarily shut off if the system is overworked during cold weather. This is a normal precaution to prevent damage and will resume functionality automatically. - Pool heating is optional and subject to availability. • For everyone’s safety and compliance with Florida law, parties, events, or any type of live performances are strictly prohibited. Any activity that may violate Florida law is not allowed on the property under any circumstances. Guest access You will have full access to the entire house, as well as the clubhouse and all its amenities. RESORT: Imagine a refuge with lakes and tropical vegetation, courts, trails, picnic areas, clubhouse with heated pool and jacuzzi, playground, gym, game room and cyber café in the comfort of beautiful houses with Mediterranean architecture and Italian gardens. Other things to note CHECK-IN AND STAY: Two days before the guest's arrival, the check-in instructions will be sent inbox. It is important to note that, during your stay in this vacation home, only those who will have access are the registered guests. SUPPLIES: Only the initial items will be available at the house. It is the guests’ responsibility to purchase all supplies that they'll consume or use during the stay. This includes personal care products, food, drinks, etc.
