There is a backyard that is shared between other occupants of the house. You may hear some traffic. The unit have their own private entryway, and no shared spaces except for the backyard and parking. Guest access Private access to the entire room and bathroom. Shared access to the backyard. 1 dedicated parking space. No overnight street parking is allowed. There is self check-in and check-out. Other things to note Please follow these house rules: Quiet hours from 10 pm to 7 am. No smoking/vaping. No pets. No firearms or illegal drugs. No overnight street parking. No parking on the left side of driveway (in front of left side garage door). Please park in your designated parking spot. 1 vehicle is allowed. Do not disable/tamper with smoke/carbon detectors.
