Nice downtown condo. It is right on the B-Line trail and is walking distance to downtown and campus. The unit is an upstairs corner condo. For longer stays, there is an occupancy limit of only two unrelated adults allowed by our HOA. NO PARTIES OR PETS. Netflix, Prime Video, Disney Plus, and Vizio free channels, you can access them from the Home Screen. There is street parking between 2nd and 3rd street, in addition to the dedicated space and marked guest parking on Madison street. The space The whole condominium is available Guest access The entire condo is available for use. Other things to note This condominium complex is mainly owner occupied. It’s a safe and quiet area. We expect our guests to be courteous to our neighbors. For longer stays, there is a limit on occupancy. A single family or only two unrelated adults are allowed for stay by our HOA. We might not be able to answer inquiries after 11 pm EDT.
