30's School Upstairs 3BR/2BA/Pool/Gym/Fort NO FEES

This schoolhouse was built in 1934. The apartments are filled with early vintage decor, yet adding modern conveniences. Our goal is to make it as warm, welcoming, and comfortable as possible. We have a pool, full gymnasium with sports equipment, workout area with a Peloton, and ping pong. There is a fire pit, big lawn, and fort area. This private 3 bedroom/2 bath apartment with kitchenette is cozy and great for a group of friends to hang out in the huge living room. EV Chargers! The space This is a three bedroom apartment with an enormous living room and a kitchenette. The main bedroom has two person tub. Guest access Guests are allowed in the common areas of the hallways, laundry areas on their floor, pool, gym, yard, bathrooms by the pool, and stage. Please stay out of the commercial kitchen, basement area, and back locked areas, which may not be safe because they contain the HVAC system and power tools. During your stay We are happy to interact with guests at their desired level of interaction - we will leave it up to them to get into contact with us. However, this is a large property, and we will give guests a tour, just text us via the app, and we will be happy to show you around!
