Located 250 metres from the ski slope in the beautiful village of St. Martin. This chalet is the perfect base to explore the 3 Valleys ski area. Enjoy a lovely open-plan kitchen, dining and sitting room that opens onto a balcony with stunning views. On this floor, there is also a double and twin bedroom and family bath/shower room. On the second floor, there is a master bedroom with ensuite, private balcony, 3-bed family room, and shower room. Ski locker Boot room Bar fridge Log burner Parking The space The duplex apartment is located in the village of St. Martin de Belleville a traditional French village that links directly into the world's largest, 3 Valley's ski area. The chalet is 250 meters from the village and free drag lift which delivers you to the high-speed gondola. There is a ski locker included in the rental and we usually carry our ski's to the drag lift. However, if you have small children or want to make things easier, there's a fantastic locker facility available to rent by the lift. The chalet is located on the first and second floors, so enjoys fantastic elevated views. The main living space is open plan, designed to make the most of the balcony and views. It has a comfortable seating area, large dining table, breakfast bar, and contemporary kitchen with a fun bar setup! There's an indoor boot room to ensure that your coats and boots are toasty in the morning! On this floor, there's a double room, a twin room, and a large bathroom with a separate shower cubicle. Upstairs the master en-suite has a king-sized bed, fitted wardrobe, en-suite bathroom and private balcony. There's also a bedroom with 3 single beds and a shower room. Note as is customary in ski chalets, the accommodation is nestled under the eaves, so there is restricted headroom. Extra things to know: Feel free to use the raclette machine, fondue, games and the sledges in the ski locker. Bed linen and White Company towels are included. There is outdoor parking area and secure indoor garage. Guest access The property is solely for your use. Other things to note Ideally our change over day is Sunday (it makes travel so much cheaper and easier).
