You must be over 25 yo to book. THIS IS NOT A PARTY PLACE. This beautiful rehabbed home is located in Lake Cedar in a spacious lot where you will be able to relax and still enjoying the city living. The home has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths and is nicely decorated. kitchen is equipped. Enjoy the outdoor with a fire pit and enjoy Tampa’s sunsets, surrounded by the calm and serenity of a spring fed lake. NOTE: Parties/gatherings/weddings or any kind of event are NOT allowed in this home. The space The house a Cedar Lake has a very cheerful/relaxing/comfortable decor that made this property really inviting. Everything in this house is brand new, We accommodate strictly 6 people max. We don’t cater large groups as we want to offer relax and a comfortable home for you. Events / parties or gatherings are not allowed in the property. The home had 3 spacious bedrooms and 2 full baths, one with a bath tub and the master bathroom has a standing shower. Every bedroom has a smart tv and the main living room with a 55 inches smart tv room. The master bedroom is beautifully decorated and have a king bed with a memory foam mattress. Also s brand new master bathroom with stand shower. The other two bedrooms have queen beds and memory foam mattress. Our kitchen is fully equipped with anything you need to prepare your meals. We have a laundry room adjacent to the kitchen area. We also offer fast speed internet where you can stream all your movies and tv shows. This home was recently rehabbed and newly decorated with peaceful and relaxing colors and furniture to give you a beautiful experience. We appreciate you taking care of our home during your stay. We are in a great location, Forest Hills is a quiet neighborhood but very close to many convenient shopping/entertainment and dining options. The star of this house is the beautiful Lake Cedar where you be able to enjoy beautiful sunsets from the deck area or the fire pit area. You can also enjoy your meals under the eucalyptus tree which provide shade in a great area in the backyard. Lights and decor made the outdoor are a beautiful place to spend the evenings. Guest access The whole house is for your use but we have a closed closet in the laundry room where our cleaning crew keep all their supplies. Other things to note PARKING : Park in the drive way only. Do not park in green areas there are lots of sprinkler systems in the green area. We always encourage our guests to lock their cars and do not leave valuable properties in your vehicle. Our neighborhood is safe but We are not responsible for damages to your vehicle or stolen items. NO EVENTS/PARTIES/GATHERINGS will be allowed in the property. Not following this house rule will result in immediate cancellation with no refund. NO PETS OR SERVICE ANIMALS ARE ALLOWED: after the owner got seriously sick by Covid, animalsj can cause a seriously health issue so we please Ask you kindly to follow this rule as the owner live certain times of the year in this house. NO SMOKING/VAPING: are allowed in this house. If you are going to smoke make sure to close any door or windows open in order to Avoid smoke detector alarms. YOU HAVE TO BE OVER 25 yo yo book this home. We are firm with this. SURVEILLANCE CAMERA RING: we have two cameras in the property: one in front door and other in the deck overlooking the lake NO LOUD NOISES AFTER 10 pm: please respect neighbors as this is a quiet place DONT SWIM IN THE LAKE: We are in Florida we have gators in our lake. WATCH YOUR KIDS ALL THE TIME; your kids should be watched all the time while they are in the backyard, the lake is pretty deep. Never leave the kids alone in the property. FIREPIT; Be careful when using the fire pit. Watch your kids always and make sure to put out the fire if you are going to sleep or leaving the property. KEEP PROPERTY LOCK ANYTIME: the neighborhood is pretty safe but I always encourage my guests to lock doors. Also if you leave the property close and lock every door.
