Get away from the stress and fish for bass, bluegill, sunfish from the pier or sit on the bench and gaze out at the peaceful water. Drive 5 minutes to the faster water of the Red River to float or kayak. Grill out on the deck; enjoy dinner alfresco. Village of Gresham is a 5-minute drive to pick up a few items or grab a bite to eat. The space Very comfortable studio apartment on the water and right side of a duplex. The driveway is shared with the left side of the duplex. Quiet, rural neighborhood with neighbors on both sides along the lake. Kayaks and life jackets on-premises for guest use during summer months. No pets please. It is a GREAT summer adventure to put inner tubes in by the Gresham Dam (5-minute drive) and float down the Red River, get out by The Novitiate or "The Rock" for a picnic lunch and a swim below the falls.
