The room is the cleanest you'll find in this room rental platform, guaranteed! Amenities galore. You'll have all the privacy you need and can access the property at your discretion. A variety of additional services available to travelers, including laundry room, and chest freezer for any fish you need to keep frozen. We can’t wait to hear from you! The space Our home is a 3 story, with the basement dedicated for our travelers and guests. The bedrooms are private keypad locked entry. Their are 2 rooms on the Airbnb platform for rent in the basement. They are spacious and very clean. A full variety of streaming television channels to keep up on news or relax with a movie. There are privacy darkening shades for our elongated Summer sunshine for those that like to block out the light. The basement area is very large and has a kitchenette with single cup coffee server, microwave, refer/freezer, toaster oven and sink. The water quality is very good in Anchorage and there is no filtration on our house water. A pantry with meal service items is available for guests. The bedrooms have soap, shampoo, and conditioner for use. The bathroom is a shared bathroom, and other guests that have rented the other room may be already checked in. It’s also possible that you may be the only guests in the space during your trip. We will try to inform you in advance for your planning purposes. There is an iron and ironing board available for the fancy occasion. Additional toilet paper in bathroom drawer or shelving. There is a lounging area that is part of the common area for unwinding, watching tv/video, or crashing out if part of a larger group. Guest access Our home has a security system for your person and property. Front door and room access door codes will be sent through the Airbnb app on your arrival day. Our garage has security entry, as well. It can be accessed through the main floor of the home or from a requested keypad outside entry, if needed. During your stay We are a large family of 7 with people coming and going throughout the Summer months. At various times of your stay, you may be helped by myself or one of my adult children. We occupy the upper two levels for our family, but you're welcome to participate in conversation or feel free to ask questions when they arise.
