Williamsburg Brooklyn Apartment

This is the prime area of Williamsburg. Tons of bars, restaurants, coffee shops within a few min walk. Right next to the subway that will get you to Manhattan within ten min. One of the best music venues in all of NYC in a few blocks away. I have lived in NYC for 13 yrs and this is my fav area by far. Lots of local great spots. I will have a list provided at arrival for spots you can check out. This is a brand new safe building. Its a condo style apartment. The space This is a very large sized apartment for NYC. You have the whole space to yourself. I have seen many high end hotels in NYC and none of the rooms are anywhere near the size of this apt. Its a brand new space and in the coolest neighborhood in NYC. You can go up to the rooftop 24 hrs a day. The roof is all done up with amazing views of all of Manhattan, you can see the empire state building, all bridges, freedom tower, all of Brooklyn there is a 360 View. Most places you can only see some of the city. This view has no buildings in the way of the view. You're welcome to bring drinks up there there or make dinner in my kitchen just please clean up after yourself. There is access to the gym in the building apon request. There's a 24 hr deli across the street, liquor store around the corner, lots of shopping, bars, restaurants, coffeeshops, music venues, a new brewery within walking distance that just opened. Can give you a list of recommendations based on your interest. Lots to do within a few min walk or less than ten min subway ride into Manhattan.
