The main floor features a sunny queen bedroom adjoining a four-season room — a lovely spot for morning coffee or quiet reading. Upstairs, the master suite offers a king bed and private bath, while two additional bedrooms share a jack-and-jill bathroom, each room thoughtfully outfitted with full beds and murphy beds to accommodate your group comfortably. If you’re seeking more privacy, the guest house has two self-contained living quarters, each with full kitchens, private bedrooms, and bathrooms. The downstairs space includes a washer and dryer for your convenience. Just steps from the lake, the boathouse provides two bedrooms, a full bath, and a balcony perfect for enjoying sunrise views and easy access to the beach. Please note the property is accessed by a long paved driveway with a covered canopy, suitable for most standard full-size vehicles, and four-wheel or all-wheel drive is recommended for fall visits. The canopy measures about the same height as a standard garage door entry. Most standard full-size vehicles (ie. Chevy Tahoe) can fit down under this canopy but an oversized truck or standard cars with roof racks may not fit. Parking for over-sized vehicles can be found approximately 200 feet above the Main House directly before the canopy begins. **4WD, or AWD is recommended for fall reservations. **Access to the beach is made by walkdown path or by steps. Those less agile may prefer a property that is more level. Guest access Property Equipped with Keyless - You may proceed directly to your vacation rental! Other things to note Occupancy: This property is closely monitored for responsible renting. The maximum occupancy of each home is the number of guests allowed on the premises at any given time. This includes both day and overnight guests as well as all children. The maximum occupancy for this home is 16 total. Note: 1. You will receive a message upon confirmation with a link to our Guest License Agreement which is a copy of our House Rules that must be signed and returned within 7 days of receiving. 2. Smoking is not allowed in any rental property. This includes vaping and e-cigarettes. 3. Homes are not handicap accessible, unless stated in the description. 4. Air conditioning is not available unless listed as an amenity. If available, air conditioning is considered a seasonal amenity and is only available May 15 - October 15. 5. Homes are not guaranteed allergen-free, even those that do not allow pets. 6. Docking is not guaranteed if water levels are low and/or high due to seasonal weather and climate changes. 7. Outdoor amenities, including furniture, watercraft and firepit are not available between October 15 - May 15.
