Conveniently located close to multiple Palmdale event venues, this recently renovated house is suitable for family gatherings. 5mins from the M1, 6mins to Westfield and under 20 mins to beaches and local tourist attractions. Two living spaces, a large private garden, private swimming pool and elevated deck provide multiple spaces to relax. Travel cot, high chair, change table and toys mean staying with your young ones is an ease. The space This is the original farm house on the rural property. Located within its own fenced in area within the farm with valley views and visited by the local wildlife. A full renovation was undertaken in 2021/22 to enable family, friends and guests to enjoy the house. With living spaces upstairs capturing the valley views and additional living area downstairs there is plenty of space to relax. The main bedroom overlooks the pool from upstairs. The second bedroom is upstairs with 2 single beds; plus the main bathroom with bath. An eat in kitchen with all cooking requirements and Nespresso machine and living room with fireplace and balcony overlooking the garden and pool complete upstairs. WIFI and a smart TV (bring your streaming service logins) are available. Downstairs there is an additional bathroom with washing machine plus a large room that can be used as a rumpus room, bedroom or 2 bedrooms ( bunks and king size sofa bed) with the use of the room dividers. There is also a desk space for working if required. This room opens directly to the pool and private garden. An additional TV with smart TV connection and DVD player is downstairs. The house opens to a north facing hedged private garden with pool and trampoline. There is also a second garden area where a flower garden is located and pet ducks and rabbits reside. Surrounded by working farms there are plenty of farm animals nearby. For ventures further afield, many beaches are less than 20mins away, plus several of Central Coast tourist attractions. The house is set up for young children with travel cot, high chair, stair gate and toys available. Note that we will need to feed the ducks and rabbits and possibly access the farm shed which is also in the back garden but this is away from the main areas of the house and north garden.
