A Month in San Diego! Mid Feb 2023 Deal

Lovely, 5 miles from the ocean & near Camp Pendleton. Perfect weather, very private backyard. Organic gardens, lawn, herbs. Very quiet and peaceful senior community. Home backs to a private canyon with a nice hill view. Very light and airy home.This is a 1-time 30-day-stay listing for mid Feb-March 2023. Not a short term rental. While I go on vacation myself. Two people total. Possible small dog. Check in 2/12 check out 30 nights later on 3/16/2023. Some flexibility with the dates. The space A lovely little home about 1000 sq. ft inside not including the lovely covered patio with sky lights. 2 bd, 2 bath, nice little kitchen, laundry, dining & living room. The backyard is the best, as it is alive with nature and all private. There is some hand watering of the vegetables and herbs growing for you to enjoy. A nice view from almost every room. Good hot water, nice tubs and showers. Irish Clean! Guest access You will have access to the whole house and private front and back yards and the garage with the laundry . Please care for it as if it's your own. Please do not use anything in the cabinets with the letter " C" on them or use anything from the small antique china cabinet in the foyer. It is all sacred family heirlooms and keepsakes. Other things to note Quiet senior community for mature adults who will enjoy the quiet and peacefulness. I'll be in Mexico. There are other minor details we can discuss if you are interested. Trash and recycle goes out for Tuesday morning pickup. It is a very easy accessible home, no stairs. Near all stores and the 76 freeway which leads to all the fun in San Diego! I can give you a list of things to see and do, the best beaches, places to dine.
