Long days having fun in the sun can sometimes get messy, unwind in the clean and calming bathroom. Enjoy your morning coffee on the large deck. Spend nights by the fire. Make s’more memories! The space Located off a private dirt road, The Cove offers an updated interior with newer appliances, 2 bedrooms and 1 bath. The main bedroom has a queen memory foam mattress with a 6” gel layer. Boasting beautiful lake blues and a calming accent wall to help unwind. The secondary bedroom has a double and twin mattress, both memory foam. Keep guests/kids sleeping soundly each night. If you have additional guests, the couch pulls out to a queen mattress and you guessed it, it’s also memory foam. The bathroom has a stand up shower with a magnetic removable shower head. Bright white and great lighting meet the warm, rustic wood. You’ll feel so refreshed after a long day of exploring or hitting the beach. Nobody wants to do laundry on vacation, but if you find yourself needing to wash and dry, we offer a stackable HE efficient washer and dryer on the main level. There’s access to 2 private association beaches which are great for activities like boating, fishing, kayaking. The beaches are a short walk from the house. Take a morning run, go on walks, enjoy the scenery, you name it! The Cove also comes with access to a gated private boat launch for anyone that wants to bring their watercraft! **********Please request a KEY at time of booking to gain access to the boat launch.********** **Boat launch available Memorial Day to Labor Day. Check clearance levels under the bridge off Sebago Rd.** The waterway brings you out to Sebago Lake and a short cruise will get you to Sebago Lake State Park’s Sandbar. Venture through The Lock system and gain access to Brandy Pond and Long Lake. Additionally, The Cove is less than 10 minutes from Trickey Pond’s public boat launch; about 15 minutes to Sebago Lake State Park’s public boat launch. BRING THE BIG BOY TOYS! Our private community is the perfect place for those seeking a new spot to drive around on their atv, dirt bike, golf cart, etc. We have plenty of dirt roads to explore within the association, as well as many trails throughout the area! Ample parking space for any trailers that may accommodate the transportation of these types of recreational vehicles. The property is located across the street from the Sebago Cove and has plenty of space for parking, yard games, and outdoor lounging. Minutes to downtown Naples Causeway where you can find food, shopping, seaplane rides, public boat docks, ice cream, live music, a day beach, and more! Take a 15 minute drive and find Bridgton’s Twin Drive-In Theater; 30 minute drive to Pleasant Mountain (previously Shawnee Peak) ; 30 minute drive to Windham and find Seacoast Adventure, restaurants, shopping; 45 minute drive to Conway; under an hour to Portland. ***NO PETS ALLOWED*** Partnered with Greater Lakes Region Cleaners, AK Trash Removal & Landscaping, & Green Shield Pest Solutions. Guest access You’ll have full access to the main level of the house. The attic and garages will be locked, do not attempt to access. There’s a fire pit out front and grill on the deck for you to use during your stay. Exterior security cameras will be in use for your protection and ours. Ask about the boat launch! Other things to note Please be respectful of association property and neighbors property. Always pick up after yourself. Plenty of trash disposal at the house. Stay off the neighbors fence.
