Welcome to Santa Barbara! The Hilltop Cottage awaits you and your family. Located less than two and a half miles to Downtown and Stearns Warf. The Hilltop Cottage is just a hop and skip off the beaten path. Enjoy the beautiful drive through Sycamore Canyon and you will find this quaint cottage to be the perfect Santa Barbara getaway. It is peaceful with a beautiful ocean view and wildlife surrounding. You will need a vehicle to get into town. The space The Hilltop Cottage is quaint, cozy and has lots of character. It’s an older home and has a bit of a slant to it due to the earthquakes in the past. The views are beautiful, the peaceful surroundings, nature all around. Guest access The guests may access the main floor of the house which includes two bedroom, 2 bathrooms and the patio out back. Other things to note The basement is rented with private access from the exterior. The tenant is not there full time.
