Other things to note ➡ The sofa bed is prepared only on request or automatically for groups larger than 7 travelers. ➡ Party policy: No party organization allowed. Significant charges will be applied in the event of non-compliance. In the event of a complaint from the neighborhood or the police, tenants will be asked to vacate the premises immediately, with no possibility of refund. The security deposit will be retained. Please respect the tranquility of the neighborhood. ➡ ID verification: ID in the same name as the booking will be requested and copied to our phone to prevent fraud. ➡ Children and babies: One baby (under 2) is free.
