This is a 2 bed, 2 bath upstairs unit in a gated community. Only 1 bed 1 bath is being rented. The other room will be unoccupied, so you will have the entire place to yourself during your stay. Wake up to the soothing sounds of running river streams and enjoy coffee on your private balcony! The space also offers a flat-screen TV with fast wifi and an assigned parking space. - Fits 2 guests comfortably. - There is 1 queen bed. 1 twin floor mattress can be provided upon request. - There is 1 portable AC unit available, located in the living room. Central A/C is also available with a new Carrier system and electronic thermostat. - There is a fan in the bedroom - Full kitchen with silverware, utensils, pots, and pans - New washer and dryer in the patio area It is a short drive from many major attractions that Orange County has to offer. Guest access CHECKING IN - You will check yourself in with the electronic keypad SPACE - You will have access to the entire unit, except for the locked & unoccupied bedroom PARKING - Carport parking for 1 car included ACCESSIBILITY - located on the second floor of a complex (about 20 steps leading up to front door). There are no steps within the unit. Other things to note - Check-in time: between 3:00 PM and 9:00 PM - Check-out time: 12:00 PM - No parties are allowed - No smoking inside the unit or on the balcony - No excessive noise between 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM daily
