There is a butcher's shop and a hair salon in the building. In the vicinity, you will find a laundry service, cafes, a bank, a pastry shop, restaurants, and nightclubs, as well as other important institutions. The building is surrounded by a public parking area that is subject to charges on weekdays from 7 am to 7 pm, Saturdays from 7 am to 1 pm, and is free on Sundays and holidays. Free parking in the vicinity is not available. The building and the apartment are easily accessible for people with disabilities. The entrance to the building is at street level, and there is an elevator available. Security cameras are installed at the entrance, and fire extinguishers are located in the hallways. The apartment is equipped with a smoke detector for added safety. There is a nearby restaurant offering a delicious continental breakfast for an additional charge of 8 euros per person per day.
